"Wellness” is not a destination or developed habit, it is an ongoing journey. 

1:1  Coaching

Discover a tailored approach to achieving your health and wellness goals. Together we will establish a custom wellness and lifestyle plan to help you achieve your natural weight, maintain energy levels, resolve gut issues (including bloating and constipation) and optimize your body’s innate healing process.  I provide an understanding of why diets do not work and help lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Sharing and focusing on holistic theories and knowledge that will help re-shape your idea of health while  providing very specific programs to meet individual needs.  All information and services are tailored to your objectives.

We will cover tools and mindset practices that support cellular and gut health and help build sustainable routines. In addition to virtual sessions, I'm available to my private clients daily via email. Programs may include ongoing check-ins, recommendations and resources such as grocery lists, pantry guides, easy recipes & meal ideas and supplement recommendations. New clients choose between 4, 6, or 10 week programs all of which include a free 30 minute intro consultation.

Each session is tailored to your audience and goals, from cooking classes to stress management.​ This is an adaptable offering that can be tailored to small and large teams with a variety of offerings ranging from:  yoga sessions, meditation, sound healing, and healthy cooking. Mini health consultations provide one-on-one check-ins to inspire personal goals. Topics can include stress management, diet, mental health.​
